To make this reunion a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone, the planning committee is excited to remind you about the importance of the Annual Family Dues. During our family meeting at the 2024 Reunion in Charlotte, we collectively agreed to establish these dues to support the financial needs of the reunion. Your contributions will help cover essential expenses, such as facility rentals, welcome bags, catering, and other incidentals, allowing us to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all.

Furthermore, implementing these dues will enable our reunion committee members to focus on creating a fantastic experience without the stress of covering costs from their own pockets. It’s a practical step forward that benefits us all.

Please be aware that Annual Dues may vary each year based on the specific needs and costs associated with the reunion. Additionally, the dues will not cover lodging, travel, or any extra expenses related to attending the event.

Reunion Itinerary

Thursday, July 23, 2026

  1. Welcome Committee and reunion registration at the Residence Inn Springfield Lobby starting at 3pm and ending at 7pm. (Happy Hour at the hotel bar is 4pm to 6pm). When registered attendees will be receiving a reunion bag and t-shirt.
Friday, July 24, 2026
  1. Welcome Committee and reunion registration at the Residence Inn Springfield Lobby starting at 10am to 4pm. (Happy Hour at the hotel bar is 4pm to 6pm). When registered attendees will be receiving a reunion bag and t-shirt.
  2. Reunion Family Meeting - 6pm to 7pm in the conference room at the Residence Inn Springfield.
  3. Family Reunion Bowling Event - at the Bowl America Shirley Bowling Alley in Alexandria, VA. 6450 Edsall Rd., 22312 from 7:30pm to 10:00pm (this event is still in the planning phase, need to discuss with Committee).
Saturday, July 25, 2026
  1. Family Reunion Picnic/Cookout - 1pm to 6pm at the Pohick Regional Park, 6501 Pohick Bay Dr., Lorton, VA (activities include - water park, fishing, mini golf, golf, hiking, frisbee range, driving range, boating).

  2. 7pm to 12:00am - Free night and game night at the Springfield Residence Inn hotel conference room.

  1. 11am - Check-out from the hotel
  2. This is still in the works but we may have people come to Derrick Barber's house so they can swim at his pool, he did not say a time yet though.
